Centex works closely with Realtors in most markets and values the relationships we have developed over years of coordination. A realtor co-op program provides commissioned sales opportunities to realtors choosing to work with us. Specific realtor policy does differ slightly from market to market. Please contact any of our neighborhood sales counselors to discuss specific co-op conditions in this local market. REALTOR POLICY
I. Qualifying Agent
- Must be an active licensed agent, with an active TREC broker, to receive a commission.

II. Agent Accompaniment of Buyer
- Agent should accompany buyer on first visit.

III. Evidence of CO-OP
- Agent must physically register client, when they are present together.

IV. Extent of Coverage from Registration
- If client returns alone, agent is protected for 30 days from registration.
- Agent is protected at subdivisions where registered only.

V. Bonus Program
- Sometimes - check with on-site sales at client registration.
- If a bonus is in effect, it is always paid at closing and funding.

VI. Commission Structure
- Agent will be paid 3% at closing.
