The Real Estate Brokerage Communities have always been an integral part of Centex’s success.  And because you are so important to us, we believe you should understand our Broker/Agent policies and procedures.

REGISTERING CUSTOMRES

To register your customer with a Centex community, it is requested that you accompany your customer to each Centex community. 

Have your customer complete the Customer Registration Card registering you as their Broker/Agent.  We encourage Realtors to stress the importance of this to the customer.

PLEASE NOTE:  Once a contract has been written, Centex Homes will be unable to honor any late registrations.

REALTOR ADVANCE BONUS COMMISSION POLICY*

*Policy Description:

-All contingencies of selling another property have been removed.

-All earnest money deposits have been received from the Purchaser.

-The purchase agreement has been accepted by Centex Homes by ratification of the purchase agreement.

-The Cooperative Broker has submitted the  request for advance commission payment.

-The Cooperative Broker understands that he bonus will be paid to the Brokerage Company, and that it the transaction does not close for any reason, the advance Bonus will be refunded by the Cooperative Broker to Centex Homes.
