This wonderful design center was created to provide you the opportunity to be your own “Interior Designer” and personalize your new home! To help you, a professional Design Consultant is available to guide you in your selections of everything from flooring, cabinets and countertops to lighting, plumbing fixtures and structured wiring.

Take A Look at Preview Time!
The Centex Homes Design Center presents “Preview Time”! "Preview Time" is held every Tuesday  from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. & Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. to help you prepare for your Design Appointment. This time is designed to allow you to browse the options in the Design Center and make your selections at your own leisure. We encourage you to bring in furniture fabrics, window coverings, bedspreads, pillow, etc. to help you coordinate the perfect color scheme for your new home. Our staff will be available to answer your questions and guide you through the process of selecting included features and any upgrades you may need.

What to Expect at Your Design Appointment
Each homeowner is offered a three-(3) hour private appointment in the Design Center. Appointments are scheduled on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 9 a.m. and 1:30 pm. Sorry, no weekend or non-business hour appointments are available. At your Design Appointment you will meet with our professional Design Consultant to finalize the interior features and selections for your home. The appointment will cover all categories of your new home’s features ie. Lighting, Plumbing, Cabinets, Countertops, Doors and Millwork, Paint, Fireplace Features, Flooring, and Structured Wiring. Attending “Preview Time” and determining the design features of your home will make the final selection process at your Design Appointment less overwhelming and more fun!
