I hear you include a 2 year fit and finish warranty, what does that mean?
Most builders will cover items in the home for 1 year. However, Centex Homes is so confident in the quality of our construction, we include a 2 year warranty! This covers most items in your home, including nail pops and cracks in your drywall , if they should occur, as well as plumbing and HVAC. Plus we include a 10 year structural warranty on major structural items, such as tresses, floor joints and leaks and cracks in your basement wall if these things should occur. All warranties are transferable.
