I heard you include a 2-Year Fit and Finish Warranty.  What does that mean?

Most builders will cover items in the homes they build for 1 year.  However, Centex Homes is so confident in the quality of our construction that we include a 2-year warranty!  This covers most of the items in your home, including nail-pops and cracks in your drywall, and plumbing and HVAC items. Plus, we include a 10-year warranty on major structural items, like trusses and floor joists. All warranties are transferable.
