     When customers visit the Centex Homes Design Studio in Manalapan, they're often treated to the aroma of freshly ground coffee and a tray of baked goods.  Such hospitality is always a welcome touch and the perfect complement to reviewing the fine array of cabinetry, counter surfaces and other finishing touches that have helped to make Centex Homes the builder of choice for so many homebuyers.  The Design Studio was created expressly to provide a supportive and relaxing environment for the Centex homebuyers as they make their personal choices in everything from flooring to lighting.

     The Design Studio has been beautifully laid out with professional displays that greatly aid our homebuyers in making the right selections to suit their particular sense of style.  There are beautifully vignetted kitchens that feature cooktops and dishwashers, as well as cabinetry and countertops.  Baths are vignetted with tile and fixtures, so that you can really get a sense of what your home will eventually look like.  We want our homebuyers to experience their new home to the greatest extent possible before it's even completed.  There's even a Play Room with television and games, so that children can be entertained while their parents make their selections.

Directions:  Take the New Jersey Turnpike to Exit 8.  Bear right after toll plaza onto Route 33 East.  Continue on 33 East for approx. 9 miles, then bear right for Business 33 East/Route 9 North.  Continue on Bus. 33 to traffic light for Route 9.  Turn left at light onto Route 9 North.  At the 3rd traffic light take the Taylors Mill Road jug handle making a left onto Route 9 South. Turn right into Manalapan Corporate Plaza (immediately after Wendy's).

Directions from Garden State Parkway:  Take Exit 123 onto Route 9 South.  Continue south for approximately 11 miles to intersection for Route 9 and Taylors Mill Road.  Go through traffic light and make right into Manalapan Corporate Plaza (immediately after Wendy's).

Directions from Newark Liberty International Airport:  Exit airport following signs for NJ Turnpike South.  Take NJ Turnpike to Exit 11 and follow signs for Garden State Parkway South.  Follow directions above.
