From Raleigh/RTP- take I-40 west to NC 55/54 (exit 278) Turn Right on NC 55 and right on NC 54. Turn left on Barbee Rd. and left on Grandale Drive. The Grandale Community will be located approximately 1 mile on right.
Raleigh/RTP -- Take I-40 west to Exit 276 (Fayetteville Road) and turn left. Travel to Herndon Road (first stop light) and take a left. Travel Herndon Road until it dead ends at Barbee. Turn left onto Barbee Road. Go to Grandale Drive and turn right. Grandale is about 1.5 miles down on the right hand side on Lyan Farm Drive. Once in the community the models will be down on the left side after the pool.
From Durham/Chapel Hill- take I-40 east left at Fayetteville Rd exit (at Southpoint Mall) Right onto Hwy 54. Right on Barbee Rd. Left on Grandale Rd.
Our newest Grandale community is just past the Grandale Place on the right.
