Jones has received scores of National Sales & Marketing awards (both Gold and Silver) for people and product. These awards are presented annually by the National Homebuilders Association. This is the nation’s largest awards program for new home sales & marketing professionals and communities. The Nationals pays tribute to housing industry professionals for excellence in new home sales and marketing – winners are considered innovative leaders in the new home industry.
BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD. This was awarded to our company in November 2002. See attached for details.
HALL OF FAME. Outside real estate agents are inducted into The Jones Company’s Hall of Fame once they have sold 10 Jones Homes. They receive an engraved plaque with a likeness of themselves etched on the face, and the plaque is hung in the corporate offices of The Jones Company on the Wall of Fame. There are several Coldwell Banker/Gundaker agents who have been inducted into this exciting program.
Jones Company has also received dozens of Bravo Awards, also presented the local HBA, for communities that have been completed and closed for more than 5 years. These awards are presented to builders who have produced beautiful neighborhoods throughout the Greater St. Louis area. The award is also based on how the communities have developed and looks at long-term contributions of the builder to the communities.
Jones has received over 230 Homer Awards. These awards are presented by the Greater St. Louis Homebuilder’s Association and are awarded based on product quality and value.
